You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
For returns in approved condition, the purchase amount will be refunded minus a 20% return fee. Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Vinnford AS. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. It may take up to 14-28 days from the day we receive your returned item for the refund to be processed.
Vinnford AS reserves the right to deduct a higher percentage of the original price if the packaging or product needs to be repaired/replaced or is otherwise not considered to be in good condition.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not pass our quality control.
Returned items must be packed in their original packaging, and the packaging must be in good condition.
Returned products must be unused/unassembled.
Custom-made products or discontinued items cannot be returned.
To ensure a full refund for defective items, please email us at returns@elvv.no with pictures of the damage before sending the item back.
Vinnford AS is not responsible for returns shipped with a different transport provider than the one we recommend. If you choose to use another provider, you are responsible for the item and its contents until it arrives at our warehouse. If you send your return with a different transport provider, please notify our customer service in advance at info@vinnford.no. Be sure to include correct information about the order you are returning and which items are included in the shipment.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
1.Place the item in its original packaging.
2.Fill out the return form and include it in the shipment. (Please contact us at returns@elvv.no to receive the form.)
3.Attach the return label/form to the top of the shipment.
4.Send the item via our recommended transport provider.
5.Make sure to get a receipt with a tracking number. Keep this receipt as proof of shipment.

EXCHANGES
Please place a new order if you wish to exchange one or more products. You can return items by following the guidelines above. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
It is not possible to cancel or return custom-made items such as handles, knobs, and furniture.
